This week started with big news.

With news that will impact the landscape of Latin fashion media in the coming months and probably years.

The first: Marie Claire opened its doors in Colombia.

This was announced last Sunday by Gerard Angulo, the editor of Marie Claire México.

Do you remember how just a few months ago we were talking in this newsletter about the lack of fashion media in Colombia?

I must explain that Gerard Angulo, a Spanish editor based in Mexico, is not only the editor of Marie Claire México, but also the owner of the magazine.

In fact, he is the founder of Fashion Group Editorial, created in 2020, which includes Marie Claire México, Marie Claire Colombia (recently launched), Noir Magazine and Urbanda Magazine, as well as the Showroom and the PR and Digital agency, Step on Fashion.
