Finally, after a few months in Montreal, I’m back in Mexico. This means I’ll soon be visiting more local designers and discovering several new stories.
But for now, let’s talk about Costa Rica Fashion Week (CRFW).
Sadly, this year I wasn’t able to cover it in person as I did in 2023, but I was still very intrigued by watching several emerging designers create their own runway shows, since last year I met them as part of the marketplace area that CRFW hosts.
I must also say I really wanted to share this earlier because every time Copenhagen Fashion Week comes around, I feel the duty to talk about Costa Rica Fashion Week and its green initiatives.
Interestingly, this Fashion Week runs under the banner of sustainability, ‘Forever Green,’ and as you might know, the country itself has a green mindset, with 99% of its electricity coming from renewable sources of energy.
